looking forward

I created my belated valentine blog as a belated valentine for a cutie who works in a shop that I walk past everyday on my day to work. I hatched this plan to send him a card (biting lips - pictured at the start and end of the sequence) which said: "I have created a belated valentine for you which you can view at . If you are intrigued then you can email me at mybelatedvalentine@gmail.com xL" and posted it to him to arrive on Monday 14 March. My objective was to make this random stranger smile and feel happy, and who knows, perhaps he would mail me and we could go on a date?!

On Wednesday 16 March I was walking to work and as luck would have it I saw him actually reading the card and smiling! The chances of that happening were slim and I was really pleased that I had acheived my objective. It seems however that he was not intrigued enough to send me an email :o(

So as was always the long-term plan for this space however my romantic intentions turned out, I am opening it up as a place for people to create their own belated valentine's, or just send me nice pictures or stories about random acts of kindness to and / or from strangers. Nice things to make people smile and feel happy and good about themselves. Send stuff to mybelatedvalentine@gmail.com and spread the word!
